ABOUT THE GUIDE
I started practicing shadow work in 2015. Holding shadow workshops in London 2017-2018 and facilitating ISTA trainings worldwide 2018 to present.
2021-2024 I was in weekly Jungian Analysis which offered me invaluable tools and will to further illuminate the psyche.
2024 to present I continue my training in trauma-informed Somatic Shadow Work with world leaders in field facilitation.

HOW IT WORKS
We will meet every two weeks on Sundays from 18 of January (then 1st of Feb, 15th Feb, etc.) until 12th of April.
Live 2-4pm CET. Recorded.
In the calls, we hear from each other's journey, I introduce a new theme of exploration and provide prompts and practices for the following 2 weeks.
You watch Shadow Work 1.0.1 content (4 hrs) at your own pace. We schedule our 1-1 call when suitable.
There will be optional pod study groups
and an ongoing Telegram support group.
